Festive Holiday Mask
Okay. So it's not festive, nor is it a holiday mask. It is a mask though, and I had alot of fun making it. I think I'll wear it Christmas eve. It's made out of leather (from a cow), horns (from a cow), and hair (from a cow). I call it "minotaur" although "quarter pounder" was a close second.

Illustration
My goal for the new year (okay, I'm starting early) is to sit down with pad and paper for a bit each day and work on some illustration in hopes of getting a new licensing agent and making a billion dollars in the gift industry. We'll see how that goes...
even more masks
Things are slow right now and some of the things I'm working on, I can't post because they are Christmas gifts and I don't want the recipients to see them. I have done a couple of more masks for a small holiday event I'm attending.

More Masks
Not much going on artistically this week. I have been working on a couple of leather masks and I'm pretty happy with these two. I hope to incorporate a variety of different materials into more of the masks as I go along. The horned mask is for sale in my Etsy shop if you feel the urge.

All lit up...
I've been toying with the idea of making a paper and twig lamp for some time, so here's my first shot. Hopefully it will hold together when I try to move it.
I'm Back!
After about a year off I've decided to start up my blog again. Halloween seemed like a perfect time. Unfortunately I'm about a week late. On the upside I've been working on some fun things and using some new materials (PMC Bronze and leather). I've been making leather masks like crazy and will post some pictures as I finish more. You can see a couple on my website www.forgottenobjects.com. Here are a couple of scarecrows I made using leather, polymer clay and twigs.
